Additional Duties
Supporting the school’s administrative team, the LAB ASSISTANT will prepare monthly reports on lab utilization, maintain records of incidents and suggest improvements for resource optimisation. The role involves liaising with vendors for timely procurement of supplies and ensuring that all purchases are logged as per school policy. Participation in safety drills and emergency response planning is expected, contributing to a secure learning environment for students.
Qualifications
A post‑graduate qualification is required, with a preference for candidates holding a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. While teaching credentials are not mandatory, candidates who have cleared TET or CTET will be considered favorably. The candidate must possess a clear understanding of laboratory safety protocols and basic knowledge of scientific equipment.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in laboratory management or a similar administrative support role within an educational setting is essential. Prior exposure to school‑level laboratory operations will be advantageous.
Salary
