Conduct regular assessments, including mid-term and end-term exams, to measure progress and provide constructive feedback.
Engage with students through interactive sessions, group discussions, and practical exercises to make complex accounting concepts accessible. Collaborate with the school’s academic team to integrate accountancy with other subjects, such as economics and business studies. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance, ensuring compliance with school policies.
Hold administrative duties related to student accounts, including handling fee payments and document submissions. Represent the school at parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and academic growth. Ensure classroom management is orderly, maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.
Hold a postgraduate degree in Accountancy or related commerce stream with a minimum of three years of teaching experience in accountancy or a relevant subject. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory. Familiarity with CBSE and Cambridge syllabi is highly beneficial.
