PRT Dance Teacher Position at Doon World School, Malsian
Seeking a qualified graduate with at least two years of teaching experience to join as a Primary Teacher (PRT) for dance at Doon World School in Malsian. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree will be essential for this role, ensuring eligibility to teach in Punjab’s government-recognized schools. Experience in dance pedagogy, whether from school training or prior teaching, will be valuable.
This position requires the ability to design engaging dance curricula aligned with school standards while fostering creativity and physical coordination in young learners. You will lead daily dance classes, including drills, choreography, and cultural performances, ensuring students develop discipline and artistic expression. A strong command of basic dance techniques—such as Bharatanatyam, Kathak, or contemporary styles—will help tailor lessons to diverse student abilities.
