Maintaining accurate records of student progress and submitting regular reports to the principal and departmental coordinators.
The ideal candidate must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and have at least three years of teaching experience in Hindi. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. A strong command of Hindi, both written and spoken, along with creativity in teaching methods, is essential. Knowledge of Punjabi language and culture will be an added advantage.
