Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed certificate mandatory for teaching positions.
TET/CTET preferred but not essential.
Good command of Hindi grammar, literature, and modern usage.
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, age‑appropriate language.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of classroom teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting.
Experience with curriculum design and student assessment is an advantage.
Salary
Competitive pay ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.25,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Working Hours
Full‑time position with a standard school day schedule. Additional duties may include after‑school programs and parent‑teacher meetings as required.
