Teaching Science at Dips School | Urban Estate means you’ll be the backbone of hands-on learning for young minds. Every day, you’ll plan experiments, explain concepts, and keep students engaged with real-world applications. You’ll conduct daily Science classes, preparing engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Conducting experiments and demonstrations will be a key part of your day, ensuring safety while sparking interest. Assess student understanding through practicals, quizzes, and project-based learning. Collaborate with the Science coordinator to organize school events like science fairs or workshops. Prepare lab manuals and maintain equipment, ensuring everything is ready for classes. Keep parents informed about student progress through regular updates. Work with the principal to ensure Science programs meet educational goals.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required. Three years of teaching experience in Science is preferred. A TET/CTET certificate is not mandatory but will be an advantage. Strong subject knowledge, especially in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, is essential. Ability to explain complex concepts simply is crucial. Patience, creativity, and adaptability are key. Willingness to mentor students and collaborate with colleagues is important.
This role offers a salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, along with standard benefits like transport allowance and a modest health insurance.
