- Conduct awareness workshops for staff and students to foster an inclusive environment across the campus.
- Lead the scheduling of support sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to regular class timetables and optimal use of facilities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programmes and recommend enhancements or new initiatives to the school leadership.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree in any discipline with a strong interest in special education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role supporting students with special needs, preferably within a school setting.
- Knowledge of TET/CTET guidelines is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation, using MS Office and school management software.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with parents, staff and external service providers.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
