Analyse term-wise performance data to identify trends and set measurable targets for the next academic session. Collaborate with the senior leadership team on school-wide academic initiatives and parent engagement strategies. Prepare students for inter-school Mathematics quizzes and Olympiads to build confidence and exposure.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold a graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognised institution. Minimum five years of Mathematics teaching experience in the early years is essential for this senior role. Preference will be given to candidates with TET or CTET certification and familiarity with NTT pedagogy.
Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and the ability to design age-appropriate worksheets and activities is necessary. Exposure to digital teaching tools such as interactive whiteboards or educational apps will be an advantage. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are required to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
