Dcm Yes School in Ludhiana East is seeking an experienced PGT Business Studies Teacher to join their dynamic academic team. This role involves shaping young minds with a strong foundation in commerce principles, preparing students for higher education and professional careers. Teach Business Studies at the senior secondary level, covering key topics like financial accounting, economics, and entrepreneurship. Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that align with the latest curriculum guidelines. Assess student performance through continuous evaluation, including projects, case studies, and practical assignments.
Plan and conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address concerns. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities. Maintain a well-organized classroom environment, ensuring all teaching materials and resources are readily available.
Hold a postgraduate degree in Business Studies or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification, which is mandatory for this position. Three years of relevant teaching experience in a school setting is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly preferred for this role.
Ensure compliance with school policies regarding attendance, professional development, and extracurricular activities.
