Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PGT Physics Teacher to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics to students, designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment. Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Physics to students, using a variety of instructional strategies to promote student engagement and understanding.
- Design and implement lesson plans and assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to the school's policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive learning community.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in Physics education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and assessments.
- Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, such as quiz competitions and science fairs, to promote student engagement and enthusiasm for Physics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Physics or related field from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from a recognized institution.
- Three years of experience as a Physics teacher in a recognized school or institution.
- Strong knowledge of Physics curriculum and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.35,000 - Rs.55,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, the employee will be entitled to a range of benefits, including paid leave, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
