Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging physics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum, ensuring conceptual clarity and practical application. Develop innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning levels, including hands-on experiments and real-world problem-solving activities. Collaborate with senior faculty to refine lesson plans, assess student progress, and implement feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Prepare and grade assignments, exams, and projects to evaluate students’ understanding of core physics topics like mechanics, thermodynamics, and electromagnetism. Stay updated on latest educational trends and technological tools to integrate modern teaching techniques into classroom instruction. Act as a mentor to junior teachers, sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth.
Qualification
Hold a postgraduate degree in Physics with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Possess a valid TET/CTET certificate to ensure eligibility for government-recognized school teaching roles. Experience in teaching high school physics at the PGT level is essential.
Experience
Minimum two years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level in physics. Familiarity with practical physics experiments and lab work is highly desirable. Knowledge of CBSE syllabus and assessment patterns is a must.
