What You Will Do
- Teach English to students from grades 6 to 10, following the CBSE curriculum.
- Engage with parents through regular progress reports and parent-teacher meetings.
- Participate in staff development programs to improve teaching skills and subject knowledge.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver co-curricular activities.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and identify areas of improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Participate in school events and activities to foster a sense of community.
Eligibility Criteria
- Post-graduate degree in English (M.A./M.Com/M.Sc in English or equivalent).
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree (mandatory for teaching positions).
- Teaching experience of at least 4 years, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
