Day‑to‑Day Activities
Plan daily lessons with clear objectives, incorporating stories, poems and simple dialogues to build reading and writing skills. Use interactive tools like flashcards and group discussions to keep students focused. Provide constructive feedback during and after class, helping learners improve pronunciation and grammar.
Recurring Responsibilities
Prepare weekly lesson plans and update the teaching log. Conduct formative assessments at the end of each topic, noting strengths and areas needing improvement. Collaborate with fellow teachers during staff meetings to share teaching strategies and student insights.
Periodic Responsibilities
Organise monthly parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address concerns. Coordinate with the school administration for annual exam preparations and curriculum reviews. Participate in school events such as cultural days, encouraging students to showcase Hindi literature and drama.
Qualifications
Graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Experience of at least 2 years in Hindi teaching is mandatory. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not compulsory. Strong command over Hindi grammar and literature is essential.
