Punjabi (TGT) Vacancy in Mansa, Punjab
The Renaissance School
Job Description
The Renaissance School invites a seasoned TGT Punjabi Teacher to join our team in Mansa, Punjab, where expertise in Punjabi education meets a commitment to nurturing young minds. With three years of teaching experience, you’ll bring depth to our curriculum and inspire students to engage deeply with the language and culture. This is a chance to shape education in a vibrant district where Punjabi’s rich traditions still thrive, and where your leadership will directly impact classroom outcomes.
As a TGT Punjabi Teacher, you’ll take ownership of curriculum design, ensuring alignment with state education standards while infusing cultural relevance. You’ll lead interactive lessons that blend grammar, literature, and regional idioms, fostering both academic rigor and linguistic confidence. Collaboration with faculty and parents will be key—you’ll advocate for inclusive teaching methods, adapting lessons for diverse learning needs. Additionally, you’ll mentor newer teachers and participate in departmental planning sessions to refine pedagogical approaches.
Your core responsibilities include delivering high-quality Punjabi instruction across grades, from foundational vocabulary to advanced literary analysis. You’ll assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, using feedback to guide individual and group learning. Preparing engaging lesson plans, including multimedia resources, will keep students motivated, while maintaining discipline and fostering a respectful classroom environment. Regular parent-teacher interactions will ensure transparency about student development, and you’ll stay updated on Punjab’s education policies to inform your teaching strategies.
For this role, a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory, paired with a passion for Punjabi’s evolving language and culture. Three years of teaching experience in Punjabi or related subjects is essential, ideally in a school environment where you’ve demonstrated adaptability and a results-driven approach. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it’s not mandatory for this position. Your ability to connect with students, especially those from rural backgrounds, will be a significant asset.
At The Renaissance School, you’ll grow alongside a team that values innovation and community engagement. Your contributions will extend beyond the classroom—you’ll participate in school events, like cultural festivals, and collaborate on initiatives that strengthen our school’s identity. With a structured career path, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive leadership team, this is a role where your expertise will be both respected and rewarded.
The compensation for this TGT Punjabi Teacher position is attractive, offering Rs.20,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, along with benefits that reflect our commitment to your well-being. To apply, submit your resume, teaching experience details, and a brief letter outlining your approach to Punjabi education. Interviews will assess your teaching philosophy and how you’ll contribute to our school’s vision in Mansa.
The Renaissance School remains dedicated to fostering excellence in education, and we’re eager to welcome a teacher who embodies our values in Punjabi Teaching Job in Mansa.
