J.r Millennium School in Mansa is looking for a dedicated PGT Punjabi Teacher to join its dynamic team. This role involves shaping young minds through engaging Punjabi language and literature classes, blending traditional wisdom with modern teaching methods. The ideal candidate will bring passion for the language and a deep understanding of its cultural significance, especially in Punjab’s educational landscape.
Teaching duties include designing lesson plans that align with school syllabi while incorporating regional dialects and literary works. You will also conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and foster a love for Punjabi among students. Collaborating with the curriculum team to ensure subject coherence is part of the responsibility. Additionally, you may assist in organizing cultural events, workshops, or competitions related to Punjabi literature and heritage.
The successful candidate must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least two years of teaching experience in Punjabi. A strong command of the language, both written and spoken, is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly valued. Familiarity with Punjab’s educational standards and a commitment to nurturing linguistic skills in students will be key to this role.
