3. Conduct formative and summative assessments, providing detailed feedback.
4. Mentor junior teachers, offering coaching on pedagogy and classroom management.
5. Coordinate internal and external examination preparations, ensuring compliance.
6. Analyze board results to identify learning gaps and adjust teaching strategies.
7. Organize workshops for students on budgeting, taxation, and financial planning.
8. Liaise with parents and school leadership to discuss student progress.
9. Maintain accurate student records and report progress to the administration.
Required Qualifications
B.Ed or equivalent with a minimum of five years teaching experience in a recognised school. A postgraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field is mandatory. TET/CTET is preferred but not compulsory. Candidates should demonstrate a strong grasp of accounting principles and a commitment to student development.
