You will also prepare students for district-level sports competitions, ensuring they meet high standards of performance. Additionally, you will develop and implement extracurricular activities such as fitness camps, health awareness workshops, and team-building exercises. Keeping track of student progress and providing constructive feedback will be essential to their growth. You will assist in organizing school events like sports days and cultural fests, ensuring they are well-coordinated and successful.
To excel in this role, you must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification, with at least three years of teaching experience in Physical Education. While TET/CTET is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. Your expertise should include knowledge of sports science, teaching methodologies, and experience in managing diverse student groups. A passion for sports, adaptability to different teaching styles, and a commitment to student development are key qualities we seek.
