Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ATL lab, including the maintenance of equipment, inventory management, and supervision of students.
2. Develop and implement educational programs and activities that promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and 21st-century skills among students.
3. Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate ATL lab activities with the school's curriculum.
4. Ensure that the ATL lab is well-maintained, clean, and safe for students and staff.
5. Manage the ATL lab budget, including procurement of materials and equipment.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as industry experts and educational institutions.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ATL lab programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess a postgraduate degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, or education. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in engineering, science, or mathematics.
