Role
PRT Computer Science Teacher at St. Patricks Academy Mohali will design and deliver engaging CS lessons to classes in Sas Nagar, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and integrating technology into the curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Develop curriculum aligned with state standards for Computer Science.
- Conduct interactive lessons using coding, robotics, and multimedia tools.
- Evaluate student performance through projects, quizzes, and presentations.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate CS concepts across subjects.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and familiarity with educational software is essential.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting. Experience with project‑based learning and use of digital resources will be considered an advantage.
Compensation
Rs.15,000 – Rs.25,000 per month. The package is competitive and includes performance‑based incentives.
