* Use digital tools to assess student learning, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
* Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
* Utilize technology to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to different learning styles.
* Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
* Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues to ensure a unified approach to student learning.
* Develop and implement assessments that measure student learning outcomes and inform instruction.
* Participate in school events and activities that promote cultural awareness, community engagement, and social responsibility.
* Use technology to facilitate communication and collaboration with colleagues and parents.
Qualifications and Digital Literacy:
* B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
* Preferably, TET/CTET qualified.
* Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for teaching and learning.
* Experience with educational apps, multimedia content, and digital assessments.
Skills for the Modern Classroom:
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to integrate technology into teaching methods.
* Creativity and innovative thinking.
* Strong subject matter knowledge and pedagogical skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 - Rs.32,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
