Sanskar Valley Smart School is looking for an Art And Craft professional to lead its creative programme in Bhawanigarh, Sangrur, Punjab. The role is full‑time and reports to the Principal, overseeing all non‑teaching aspects of the art and craft department.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and supervise all art and craft activities, exhibitions and workshops for students across all grades.
- Manage budgeting, procurement of materials and inventory control to ensure timely availability of supplies.
- Coordinate with external artists, vendors and community partners for collaborative projects and events.
- Develop and maintain a safe, hygienic and inspiring studio environment following school policies.
- Lead a small team of assistants, schedule duties, conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship.
- Prepare regular reports on programme outcomes, participation rates and resource utilisation for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with school safety standards and local regulations related to craft materials and equipment.

Qualifications & Salary
A graduate degree in any discipline is required; a background in fine arts, design or related field is preferred. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in managing art‑craft programmes or similar creative initiatives. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this non‑teaching role, familiarity with school environments is advantageous.
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs.16,000 to Rs.30,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
