Responsibilities
Lead the music department’s administrative functions at Heritage Public School | Bhawanigarh. Coordinate schedules, manage resources, and ensure compliance with school policies. Develop and maintain the music curriculum framework, preparing annual plans and budget reports for senior management.
Oversee procurement of instruments, maintain inventory, and arrange maintenance schedules. Liaise with parents and community groups to promote school events and performances. Organise inter‑school competitions and cultural festivals, representing the institution in Bhawanigarh and surrounding areas.
Handle documentation for state and district music programmes, preparing reports for education authorities. Monitor staff performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide guidance on professional development.
Salary
Rs.14,000 – Rs.24,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
