Role Summary

Day-to-Day Duties

4. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects.
6. Supervise students during extracurricular activities and school events.
7. Conduct Parent-Teacher meetings to discuss student performance.
8. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school development.
9. Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and developments in Geography education.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Post-graduate degree in Geography or a related subject (M.A., M.Sc.).
- B.Ed. degree.
- 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Good to Have:
- CTET or TET certification.
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation.
Preferred Skills
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
- Ability to engage students and promote critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools and resources for teaching.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to school development.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Rs.20,000 - Rs.45,000 per month.
