* Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Develop and implement assessment tools to measure student understanding and progress
* Foster a love for English language and literature among students, promoting critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs
* Stay updated with the latest developments in English language and literature, incorporating these into your teaching practice
Eligibility Criteria
* Postgraduate degree in English or a related field
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* Preferably CTET or TET qualified
* Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
* Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to school-wide initiatives
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
* Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: Rs.16,000 - Rs.25,000 per month
