Role Summary
In Zinc Vidyalaya’s Hurda campus, you will shape the early English language journey of children from Bhilwara’s surrounding villages. Your daily work will build their confidence in reading, writing, and speaking before they move to higher classes. The student community here comes from rural households where English is not always spoken at home, so your role is crucial in preparing them for future academic success.
Who You Will Teach
You will teach English to students aged 3 to 6 in the Nursery, LKG, and UKG sections. These young learners are curious, energetic, and in the critical phase of developing phonics and vocabulary. Your classroom will have small group sizes to allow personal attention and a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver daily English lessons using songs, stories, and interactive activities suited for NTT level.
Prepare teaching aids like flashcards, picture charts, and phonics games to make learning enjoyable.
Assess each child’s progress through observation and simple tasks, then share feedback with parents during informal meetings.
Maintain clean and safe classroom spaces with learning corners for English practice.
Collaborate with co-teachers to align English activities with the school’s thematic approach.
Organize monthly English-themed events like storytelling sessions or rhyme recitals for parents.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on early literacy methods.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from a NCTE-approved institution.
Minimum three years of experience in teaching English to pre-primary or lower primary students.
Preference will be given to candidates familiar with local dialects of Rajasthan for better communication with students.

What You Get
You will receive a fixed monthly salary between Rs.18,000 and Rs.24,000 based on experience and qualifications.
