Job Overview
Zinc Vidyalaya integrates smart boards, Google Classroom, and a custom LMS to deliver English lessons that blend traditional pedagogy with digital tools. Teachers here plan, deliver, and assess using real-time analytics to personalize each student’s learning path. The PGT English Teacher will lead senior secondary classes, ensuring every learner meets curriculum outcomes through interactive, tech-enabled sessions.
How You Will Teach
Daily lessons will be projected on smart boards with embedded audio, video, and collaborative annotations. You will create Google Classroom assignments, share annotated PDFs, and conduct live doubt-clearing sessions for students in Hurda and nearby villages. Blended learning modules—mix of in-class discussion and self-paced LMS exercises—will be your standard delivery method.
What You Will Do
Design weekly lesson plans aligned with CBSE guidelines and upload them to the LMS with embedded quizzes and reflection prompts. Record micro-lessons for absent students and share them via WhatsApp groups used by parents in Hurda. Monitor student engagement dashboards weekly and schedule one-on-one video calls on Google Meet for learners scoring below 50 percent. Conduct monthly virtual parent-teacher meetings using the same platform. Curate digital libraries of graded readers and audiobooks for senior secondary students. Run inter-house English debates and declamation contests streamed live on YouTube for wider community viewing. Prepare students for board exams using mock tests auto-generated by the LMS. Attend bi-weekly tech-training sessions to stay updated on new LMS features.
Who Can Apply
Post-graduates in English with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed and four years of full-time English teaching experience in senior secondary classes may apply. Candidates who have taught in rural or semi-urban Rajasthan schools will be given preference.
Preferred Skills
Fluency in spoken Hindi and Rajasthani dialects helps connect with learners from Hurda and surrounding villages. Hands-on experience with Google Classroom, Canva for Education, and Moodle-based LMS is essential. Comfort with recording short videos on mobile and editing with free tools is a plus.
What You Get
The selected PGT English Teacher will receive a fixed monthly salary of Rs.45,000 to Rs.65,000 based on experience and demonstrated tech integration skills. Zinc Vidyalaya also covers annual data plans for teachers to maintain seamless online teaching.
