We also emphasize the importance of language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare and teach Hindi lessons to students from class I to X
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum requirements
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance
* Conduct regular meetings with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress
* Participate in staff meetings to discuss curriculum planning, assessment, and other school-related matters
* Contribute to the development of the school's Hindi curriculum and resources
* Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results
* Perform other duties as assigned by the school authorities
Subject-Specific Qualifications and Expertise:
* Post-graduate degree in Hindi or a related subject
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed with Hindi as a subject
* TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
* Experience in teaching Hindi at the school level
* Strong knowledge of Hindi language, literature, and culture
* Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi with students, parents, and colleagues
Skills that Make a Great Hindi Teacher:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
* Patience and empathy in dealing with students
* Organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: Rs.22,000 - Rs.30,000 per month
