Avs Public School

Welcome to AVS Public School, nestled in the quiet town of Beejoliya just on the outskirts of Bhilwara in Rajasthan. Our campus spreads over a leafy 5‑acre plot, with spacious classrooms that catch the morning sun and a modest playground where the sounds of children’s laughter echo between the mango trees. Being a CBSE‑affiliated institution, we follow a curriculum that balances rigor with flexibility, and our location gives us a close‑knit community feel while still being connected to the larger city’s resources.

Our students come from a mix of families—farmers, small‑business owners, and professionals—so the classroom is a lively mosaic of perspectives. They are curious, often asking questions that push us to think beyond the textbook, and they appreciate teachers who bring real‑world examples into lessons. We encourage project‑based learning, regular assessments that guide growth rather than just rank performance, and a modest emphasis on extracurricular pursuits like folk dance and debate, which reflect our local culture. The academic atmosphere is one of steady expectations; we value preparation, but we also give teachers the space to experiment with new approaches.

If you join us, you’ll find a team that treats each other like colleagues rather than just staff, with a principal who drops by the staff room for a cup of chai and a quick chat about the day’s challenges. Professional development is part of the routine, not an afterthought, and we support teachers in attending workshops in Jaipur or Delhi when possible. The rhythm of life here is slower than a big city school, giving you time to plan, reflect, and build genuine relationships with students and their families. In short, you’ll be part of a place where teaching feels personal, rewarding, and rooted in the community you serve.
