Develop and maintain records of student progress, attendance, and participation in dance activities.
Collaborate with other teachers to align dance activities with school’s academic and extracurricular goals.
Organize and supervise student performances, including rehearsals and public showcases.
Ensure all dance-related equipment and facilities are well-maintained and used appropriately.
Represent the school at local dance competitions and cultural exchanges, showcasing our students’ talents.
Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging student participation while enforcing discipline.
Qualifications:
Must have a graduate degree from a recognized university.
Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification, preferred for administrative roles in schools.
Experience in dance education or related administrative work in schools is beneficial.
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage student groups effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and school staff.
Knowledge of Rajasthan’s cultural dance forms, such as Ghoomar or Gajra, is an asset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet
Experience in handling school administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting.
Passion for dance and a creative approach to teaching and program development.
Salary and location:
This is a full-time position based in Bikaner, Rajasthan, offering a monthly salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.20,000. The role focuses on program leadership rather than direct teaching duties.
