- Plan and deliver engaging lessons on Computer Science to students in grades 6-10
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned teaching materials to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning, and to prepare students for the digital age
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and projects
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Computer Science education and incorporate relevant best practices into your teaching
- Participate in school events and activities, and contribute to the broader life of the school community
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the development of the school's Computer Science program and curriculum
Eligibility Criteria
- A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution
- A strong background in Computer Science, with a graduate degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience as a PRT or in a similar teaching role
- Proficiency in teaching Computer Science to students in grades 6-10
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
