4. Assist students and staff in locating resources and using library facilities effectively.
5. Maintain clean, orderly, and conducive reading spaces within the library premises.
6. Prepare monthly reports on library usage, stock, and expenditure for school administration.
7. Coordinate with vendors for book purchases and subscription renewals.
8. Promote reading habits through book exhibitions, reading clubs, and awareness drives.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university is mandatory. A Diploma or Certificate in Library Science is preferred. Proficiency in basic computer operations including library software like Koha or Alice is required. Familiarity with digital databases and e-resources will be an added advantage.
