Role Overview
Bal Bharti International School | Sujangarh is looking for a dynamic professional to manage its physical education programme in Sujangarh, Churu. The role involves overseeing daily sports activities, maintaining equipment, and coordinating events for students aged 6‑18.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily physical activities, ensuring smooth transitions between classes and adequate supervision.
Supervise the preparation of sports grounds, gymnasiums, and outdoor areas, checking safety standards before each use.
Maintain an inventory of sports equipment, arrange repairs, and procure new items within the allocated budget.
Organise inter‑class and inter‑school competitions, handling logistics such as registration, fixtures, and result recording.
Collaborate with school leadership to integrate fitness initiatives into the overall student wellness programme.
Prepare and present regular reports on participation rates, injury incidents, and resource utilisation to the principal.
Conduct occasional workshops on health, nutrition, and fitness awareness for students and staff.
Manage a small support team, assigning duties, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in school sports administration or related coordination role.
Graduate degree in any discipline; B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred, with TET/CTET considered an advantage.
Compensation
The position offers a salary range of Rs.15,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
