Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons to students of the 6th to 8th standard.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, including project-based learning and hands-on experiments.
- Prepare and administer Science assessments to monitor student progress.
- Develop and implement Science lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ideas for teaching Science.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs to stay updated on the latest Science teaching methodologies.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Science or a related field. Prior experience as a Science Teacher in a school setting is essential, and a TET or CTET certification is preferred.
