Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
2. Use differentiated instruction to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.
3. Support students with special needs, including those with learning difficulties and physical disabilities.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social interaction and respect.
5. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless progress.
6. Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement English curriculum.
8. Participate in school events and contribute to the development of school policies.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and have a strong background in English literature and language. Experience in teaching English in an inclusive classroom setting is highly desirable.
