About This Role

The NTT Hindi Teacher will deliver foundational Hindi lessons through interactive sessions that build vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing skills from Class Nursery to UKG. Fluency in spoken and written Hindi is essential, along with the ability to simplify grammar concepts for early-age children.
Teaching Approach
Lessons are designed on smart boards using animated stories and rhymes to reinforce learning. Google Classroom is used for sharing worksheets and audio clips, while the school LMS tracks attendance and assignment submissions. Blended learning sessions combine in-class activities with home practice through pre-recorded storytelling videos. Parents receive weekly progress updates via the parent app, ensuring continuity between school and home.
What You Will Do
Prepare daily lesson plans aligned with the NTT curriculum for Hindi language and literature. Conduct smart board-based story sessions and rhyme recitals to improve listening and speaking skills. Create and upload worksheets, audio exercises, and video demonstrations on Google Classroom every week. Maintain digital attendance and assessment records on the school LMS without manual registers. Organize monthly Hindi recitation competitions using digital submission formats for entries. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot basic smart board and audio issues during class. Conduct parent-teacher meetings via video calls for those unable to attend in person. Attend bi-weekly curriculum review meetings where teachers share best practices on digital content usage.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline with Hindi as a compulsory subject. Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with Hindi specialization. Minimum three years of teaching experience in Nursery, KG, or UKG classes. Fluency in spoken and written Hindi is mandatory for effective classroom delivery.
Preferred Skills
Strong digital literacy with hands-on experience using smart boards, Google Classroom, and LMS platforms. Ability to create simple audio-visual teaching aids for young learners. Comfort with video conferencing tools for parent interactions and staff meetings.
