Reporting and Scope
Reports to the Head of Academic Affairs and works within the language department of Vardhman International School.
Core Duties
- Plan, prepare and conduct Hindi lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and CBSE guidelines.
- Use interactive teaching aids, storytelling, and multimedia resources to make Hindi learning lively and relatable.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments and oral presentations, providing constructive feedback.
- Participate in parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student performance and suggest improvement strategies.
- Contribute to co‑curricular activities such as Hindi debates, poetry recitals and cultural events organized by the school.
- Maintain classroom discipline, attendance records and timely submission of lesson plans.
Qualification and Experience
Candidate must hold a graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. TET/CTET certification is preferred. Minimum two years of teaching experience in Hindi at the school level is required.
Compensation and Location
Salary offered is Rs.17,000 - Rs.28,000 per month. The position is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan at Vardhman International School.
