PGT English Teacher Job in Jaipur, Rajasthan | School Recruitment
Role Summary
The School St.sai Nath Acadmey in Jaipur, Rajasthan is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) English to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students at the senior secondary level.
What You Will Do
1. Teach English language and literature to students of classes XI and XII.
2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and evaluation tools.
3. Develop and implement engaging teaching methods to improve student learning outcomes.
4. Assess student progress, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement.
5. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
6. Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement curriculum plans.
7. Conduct regular meetings with students, parents, and colleagues as needed.
8. Stay updated with curriculum changes, new teaching methods, and educational technologies.
9. Perform other duties assigned by the school administration.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree.
- 3 years of experience in teaching English at the senior secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of English language, literature, and grammar.
Good to Have
- CTET or TET certification.
- Experience in teaching English language and literature to students with diverse learning needs.
- Familiarity with curriculum and syllabus of the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
• Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex literary texts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with educational technologies and digital tools.
• Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
