Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver comprehensive Political Science lessons for grades 9 to 12, aligning with state board standards.
2. Prepare and administer formative and summative assessments, ensuring accurate grading and timely feedback.
3. Integrate modern teaching aids, digital resources, and interactive activities to enhance student understanding of political concepts.
4. Mentor students for competitive exams, including UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, and other national entrance tests related to Political Science.
5. Participate in curriculum development workshops and collaborate with fellow teachers to maintain a cohesive educational program.
6. Maintain up‑to‑date records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
7. Engage parents and school administration in student progress discussions and extracurricular planning.
8. Contribute to school events, seminars, and community outreach programs that promote civic awareness.
Qualification and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Political Science or related field required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum four years of teaching experience in a school setting, with a proven track record of student success. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a passion for fostering critical thinking.
Salary and Location
