Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver daily English lessons aligned with the school curriculum for grades 1 to 5. Use differentiated instruction to meet varied learning needs in the classroom. Prepare teaching aids and worksheets that make English accessible to all learners. Conduct regular assessments to track progress and provide timely feedback. Organize storytelling sessions, poetry recitations, and vocabulary-building activities. Collaborate with special educators to support learners with diverse learning requirements. Maintain accurate attendance and lesson plan records as per school policy. Attend weekly staff meetings and participate in school-wide professional development sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate degree in English or Education from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Candidates with TET or CTET certification will be preferred. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in primary English classrooms. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential for effective classroom communication.
