Role Summary

St.sai Nath Acadmey invites applications for a senior PRT English Teacher or potential Head of Department role to lead our English department in achieving academic excellence. This key position will be responsible for curriculum design, delivery, and assessment, as well as mentoring junior staff and contributing to the school's academic vision.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the English curriculum for St.sai Nath Acadmey.
- Teach English to students from classes VI to XII, ensuring high standards of academic achievement.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members to enhance their teaching skills and subject knowledge.
- Analyze and interpret board exam results to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with the school administration to develop policies and procedures for English language instruction.
- Participate in school events and activities, such as literary festivals, debates, and elocution competitions.
- Conduct research and contribute to the development of English language materials and resources for the school.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement, as well as curriculum development and staff training.
- Support the school's efforts to promote English language proficiency among students and staff.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in English language instruction and assessment.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you should have a B.Ed degree from a recognized institution, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching English at the school level. A NET or SET qualification is highly preferred, but not essential. You should be passionate about English language instruction and committed to enhancing student learning outcomes.
