- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the broader school community
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum development, pedagogy, and assessment
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to Biology education
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the Vice Principal and other stakeholders
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote academic excellence and student well-being
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in Biology or a related field and a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. certificate. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience is required, with at least 3 years of experience in a senior role. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the NET or SET examination in Biology.
