Teaching Approach
Plan daily Hindi lessons that balance grammar, literature, and creative writing. Use audio-visual aids and interactive tools to reinforce learning of difficult concepts. Organize weekly Hindi kavi sammelan and story-telling sessions to build fluency and confidence among students.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare term-wise lesson plans for classes VI to VIII as per the prescribed Hindi syllabus.
Conduct regular assessments including weekly tests and monthly unit tests in Hindi.
Provide remedial coaching for students weak in Hindi grammar and comprehension.
Organize inter-house Hindi debates and elocution competitions every month.
Collaborate with other Hindi teachers to share best practices and resources.
Maintain student portfolios showcasing monthly Hindi assignments and projects.
Prepare students for Hindi recitation competitions at inter-school levels.
Submit progress reports to the principal and parents at the end of each term.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Hindi with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) in Hindi specialization.
