Plan and deliver Social Science lessons for grades VI to VIII using text, maps and local case studies.
Prepare monthly unit tests and end-term assessments aligned with the NCERT Social Science syllabus.
Grade notebooks and projects within 48 hours and record marks in the school ERP system.
Organise quarterly field trips to Jaipur’s museums, forts and markets to connect theory with reality.
Conduct morning assembly talks on social issues once every fortnight.
Attend weekly department meetings to review lesson plans and student concerns.
Collaborate with the art teacher to create timeline murals in the corridor.
Guide two students each term as class teachers for academic and co-curricular mentoring.
Required Qualifications
Post-graduate degree in Social Science from a recognised university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with minimum 50% aggregate.
Three years of teaching experience in middle school Social Science.
Preference for candidates who have appeared for TET or CTET.
Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and Rajasthan board expectations is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits
