Required Qualifications
* Post-graduate degree in a related field (M.A. in Psychology, M.Sc. in Guidance and Counselling, etc.)
* 5 years of experience in career counselling or related field
* Strong understanding of Indian education system and local job market
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, and external partners
