Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students and staff as needed

- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive school environment that promotes social-emotional learning
- Work with parents and guardians to provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement training programs for teachers and staff on mental health and well-being
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student and staff interactions
- Collaborate with external agencies and organizations to provide additional support services to students and staff
Who Can Apply
Applicants should possess a postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should be registered with the Indian Council of Psychological Medicine (ICPM) and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
