About This Role
The Table Tennis Coach Job in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan offers a leadership position within Dundlod Public School | Rajasthan. Day-to‑Day Duties
- Develop and implement a comprehensive table tennis curriculum for various age groups, ensuring safety standards and equipment maintenance.
- Organize inter‑school tournaments, intra‑school leagues, and participation in district level events, representing Dundlod Public School | Rajasthan.
- Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and volunteer staff, scheduling practice sessions and evaluating performance.
- Maintain inventory of rackets, balls, nets and related gear, coordinating purchases and budget approvals with the finance office.
- Prepare weekly progress reports for the principal and sports committee, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular meetings with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Liaise with local sports clubs and the Rajasthan Table Tennis Association to secure training opportunities and exposure trips.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, health regulations, and state sport guidelines throughout all activities.
Eligibility Criteria
A graduate degree is mandatory, and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is preferred for understanding of youth development. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience coaching table tennis in a school or similar setting. TET/CTET certification is advantageous but not compulsory. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential.
