Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduation from a recognized university
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience in school administration or coordination
Good to Have
Experience in TGT Recruitment in Rajasthan
Familiarity with local school norms in Jhunjhunu
Preferred Skills
Strong communication to interact with students, parents, and staff
Leadership to guide junior coordinators and support staff
Problem-solving for classroom and administrative challenges
