About This Role
Shaurya Bharat Eduction Group is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive enrolment initiatives and enhance the school’s brand presence across Jodhpur Urban. The role focuses on strategic outreach, event coordination and digital promotion for the school’s academic programmes.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to attract new students in Jodhpur Urban.
2. Manage school’s social media channels, creating content that reflects the institution’s values.
3. Organise open‑house events, fairs and community outreach programmes.
4. Liaise with local media, schools and educational consultants for partnership opportunities.
5. Track and analyse lead generation metrics, preparing weekly performance reports.
6. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth conversion of enquiries.
7. Oversee production of promotional material such as brochures, banners and newsletters.
8. Maintain the school’s website updates and ensure SEO best practices for better visibility.
Required Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree (MBA, M.Com or equivalent) with a strong grasp of marketing concepts. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and basic graphic design tools is essential. Minimum three years of relevant experience in educational marketing or a similar sector.
