What You Will Do
- Teach Sanskrit to students in classes from VI to X.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement co-curricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Sanskrit language and literature.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree in Sanskrit or a related field.
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for this position.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not essential.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in teaching Sanskrit at the secondary level.
- Experience in using digital tools and language labs to enhance student learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.14,000 - Rs.28,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The school also offers a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
