Who Can Apply
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in English with minimum 55% marks
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution
- Two years of teaching experience in English at secondary level
- Valid CTET or TET certificate preferred
Good to Have
- Experience in a Rajasthan-based school
- Familiarity with CLIL or activity-based learning
- Participation in English language workshops
- Knowledge of spoken English and phonics methods
- Previous involvement in co-curricular activities
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication in English and Hindi
- Ability to simplify complex grammar concepts
- Skill in designing engaging classroom activities
- Patience and empathy with adolescent learners
- Willingness to mentor students beyond academics
